20 Pounds In One Week!

That's 20lbs GAINED, of course.
I kept up a solid, healthy diet for about...5 weeks? In that time, I reached my goal of 145lbs. And subsequently gained 20 pounds. When you consider the mathematics behind it, it's a pretty amazing feat. I mean, 1 pound of fat is ~3500 calories. So 20 pounds would be ~70,000 calories. To put that in terms of Little Caesar's Hot-N-Ready pizza...well, one slice has 240 calories. One whole pizza then has 1920 calories. That means that I consumed the same amount of calories as is contained in 36.45 pizzas. THIRTY-SIX AND A HALF PIZZAS. I actually only ate one last week, but I obviously ate a ton of other junk. (It was a Easter, of course...lots of cakes and candies and desserts.. :-) ) So here I am, Saturday, April 10th, the scale reads exactly 20 pounds greater (165) than it did last Saturday. And..well, yeah, I've gotta take action. Being chubby is not fun. And it's something I've always struggled with. And was eventually able to overcome it..minus my back-fat/love handles? Super weird..I've been down to below 140 pounds, totally skinny all over, and then just have those massive blobs of fat there. Crazy annoying. Most recently, for about a year, I struggled with weight losses/gains where my weight would be anywhere from 160 all the way up to 180. Naturally now that I had a hold on it and was back to a weight where I'm comfortable, I decide to do throw it all off. But I did DECIDE to do it. So often I would blame my poor choices on outside factors, but I accept full responsibility for this. I decided I wanted to eat a ton of shit, and I did. But I was surprised by just how much I gained. Being chubby/overweight is uncomfortable. I physically don't feel comfortable at all right now. My skin had gotten used to the smaller size and now that I've bumped back up, I can feel it stretching..it's itchy, and larger areas actually kind of hurt. It's not pleasant at all. Now that I have a computer again, after almost a year, I'm going to be able to use my old spreadsheet method of logging my weight and caloric intake. I'll also be able to upload photo updates far more easily than in the past. So with that said, here we go:

165.2 pounds

So yeah, it's gross.
